Eighth Grade. Snap Pea has a lot going on already between Band rehearsal and balancing learning the ins and outs of the lesbian punk rock music scene with Harper — who they’re pretty sure they’re in love with — and spending time with their mom, when she’s here here, not working or somewhere SNAP PEA can’t seem to reach. But when a death in the family occurs suddenly, Snap Pea’s world is left spinning in the opposite direction and grasping for everything they think they know.
