The cast had to scramble and problem solve last minute and every single one of them rose to the occasion, especially Eliza Gill and Brooke Glass-O’Shea who both had to step in last minute into different roles.
What I didn't like
The lighting could’ve tracked the actors a little better but that was a very small distraction and I loved the show as a whole.
My overall impression
This show was incredible and relevant in a hilarious way! As someone from the south who comes from a gun-owning , conservative family, I couldn’t stop imaging my family within the play’s context. I was fortunate enough to come to the last show of the season where the cast did something extraordinary. We were told that 45 min before the actors took the stage, tragedy struck and the leading lady was replaced by Eliza Gill. They absolutely crushed it in both song and characterization!
