What I liked
His radiant presence & beautiful voice, singing and speaking brings a sense of joy, even, while we are facing a very scary moment in our own history again. He holds the audience in the palm of his hand, so we can relax and listen and take in a set of brilliant multi-layered characters based on his interviews and research of people who voted for Trump in 2016. It is very, very humane and life-giving to sit and witness this story at this time. I hope this piece goes far and wide and will be seen by many people coming up to this November.

My overall impression
Wilson Bell’s solo performance pulls off a difficult and incredibly important feat: he manages to bring us into remembering and recognizing the trauma & the damages of the Trump presidency, while making us laugh, and also feel the joy of his performance!
