The language was very accurate to that time period and character ages. The actors showed great range. It could get sad without being too much of a downer.
What I didn't like
I really liked it. Some parts were all loud but at the same time that is true to middle schoolers so I don’t know
My overall impression
It was so accurate to middle schoolers especially in that time. The way everyone talked and behaved and their insecurities were so true. Everyone could find at least one character to relate to. So many scenes had me falling off my chair laughing. Just the opening is enough to stand on it own. But then you get so much more. It could get sentimental, sad, and hilarious. I look forward to future plays from this director and these actors.
