What I liked
This show was funny, silly, and just the right speed for me on a Friday morning. I never really approached this as a show, but rather a real interaction with a real complaint supervisor and the time spent was delightful throughout.

Be sure to fill out your onboarding form that you will receive via email before your showtime. This is a show where it takes both you and the performer diving in head first to succeed. My overall impression
Who would dare complain about a 30 minute one on one immersive show that starts on a blistering hot, dangerously uneven corner of Santa Monica Blvd and then heads to a relatively warm, but significantly smoother place unknown. While the artifice of this show is right there in your face, I never felt like I was talking to an actor in a costume. I felt like I was talking to a Supervisor with decades of experience, infinite wisdom and a full life lived.
