What I liked
I really liked the questionnaire – it was super easy & fast to fill out and got me immersed in the world before arriving. I also really liked the secret location we went to and the very real advice I got around my complaint. The lead actor (aka The Supervisor) was hilarious and such a great comedic performer.
What I didn't like
I wanted to be told more about the world when I first arrived. I gathered the information throughout the performance but getting some details upfront (like who The Supervisor is and how the world works) would have gotten me into the world faster.
My overall impression
This was so unique, wacky, and hilarious! It’s not every day that you get a 1:1 personalized theatrical experience based on a complaint you have. The creativity around how they used my complaint and what they did with it was something I could have never expected. And there was also a very REAL moment where I actually got good advice around my complaint. Would definitely recommend to anyone interested in being immersed in a personalized experience!
