My overall impression
Staying consistent with exercise has always been more difficult for me than actually doing the workouts. What helped recently was using a mad muscle workout plan because it removed the need to constantly create routines from scratch. Everything was laid out clearly, which allowed me to focus on training rather than planning. I also appreciated how the workouts could fit into a busy schedule. While every fitness app has its strengths, having a plan that simplifies decision-making can be a huge advantage for maintaining long-term motivation.
