Each level is full of surprises, as you never know when you will encounter a new obstacle or when the speed will increase. The vibrant music combined with the skillful dance moves creates a wonderful harmony, making you unable to take your eyes off the screen and constantly trying to overcome the challenge....

What a fun and innovative concept! I felt a little intimidated by the thought of group workout, so I chose to sit and watch and I'm so glad I did. I was able to not only see the story that was unfolding, but also the sheer joy of the audience members who did join in the workout. I've never seen a show like TRYY before. I was pleasantly surprised by the total commitment of the audience. They were so into it....
