Greek Viper

What I liked

Elias Scoufaras gave the audience a master class in character work both in physicality and tonally. Each character, relationship, and setting was painted clearly in my mind which is an exceptional feat for any actor and play to achieve. The lighting, sound design, and plot structure were all additional highlights in The Greek Viper.

What I didn't like

I think a little stronger sound design and props could better drive the impact of the show. Elias did a fantastic job utilizing characters to drive the scene setting; some more lighting cues to differentiate the settings may assist future production runs.,

My overall impression

I went in totally blind to this show; and was BLOWN away by the writing, the character work, and the masterful suspense building and emotional connection. I was on the edge of my seat the entire show. It balanced drama and comedy masterfully and the character work was phenomenal.
