Amberlee Colson and Tyler Rice have off the charts chemistry. Really beautiful performances by two strong leads that draw you into their world. Perfect piece for the intimate black box setting, you’ll feel like a fly on the wall listening in on these private conversations. I left wanting to see more. Also great writing, got me invested in the history of these people and where they were going. Great direction- Tom O’Brien keeps it simple, with minimal transitions, set pieces or props, keeping our focus on the actors.
What I didn't like
Nothing for me!
My overall impression
Beautiful, nuanced two-hander about loss, disappointment, redemption, and connection. A woman searching for herself stumbles upon a man from her past. They struggle to understand each other’s choices and perspectives while trying to recapture a moment from a more innocent time. Strong actors and great writing make this a must see.
