It would be fun to see this with a more technically-rich setup but I understand the limitations of the festival in this aspect.
My overall impression
Unusual, deep, funny, poignant. A multi-faceted, moving performance by Allison Youngberg at the center as a wounded daughter confronting her narcissistic father in a strange and amusing setting. I loved the playwright’s command of language and the first-rate music composition.
