What I liked

Great performances, writing, simple yet effective set design, and good prop use.

What I didn't like

This may just have been where I was sitting but it was hard to see both halves of the stage properly, you could only really see one at a time. But a minor detail!

My overall impression

This piece was executed so well, from the writing to the performances. Even within the limitations of a fringe space, the two worlds of the play were so distinct and yet blended seamlessly into each other when it came time to meld. Skylar did a wonderful job of creating a storyline that shows how grief takes many different forms and how purgatory can be not just for those who have passed but for those who are still living.
