What I liked
Abby has a mastery over delivery and timing, and I noticed a very subtle shift in lighting as the topic veered away from silly fiction towards touching fact. The show never once lets up on being funny.
What I didn't like
Not enough Welsh language humor.
My overall impression
Abby Denton’s standup special revels in the close-to-heart just as much as the absurd. You’ll laugh a lot. Or you would if she hadn’t just finished her last show. Your loss!
