What I liked
Fantastic acting by Pam and Tyler. Easily some of the best I’ve seen at the festival. Both conveyed their characters with such genuine emotion and care (and also nailed the comedic bits as well). Scott’s direction was stellar, making great use of the Black Box space and finding unique and creative ways to tell the story. Just an all around great show!
What I didn't like
There were a few jokes toward the end that did draw a little bit of focus away from the powerful acting and storytelling, but a few small nitpick.
My overall impression
Equal parts funny and moving, THIS SHOW IS SURROUNDED BY TRUE EVENTS is a must see Fringe show due to its great acting, direction, and storytelling.
