What I liked
My god (who I absolutely do NOT believe in), where to fucking start? I have loved Pam’s writing for YEARS (go see Black Tie and a Pretty Dress, also). This Woman has RANGE. I have forever admired her writing and HERE WE FUCKING ARE AGAIN.
Oh shit, did I not mention the DIRECTING?! Simplicity, y’all. When you don’t bombard everyone with a bunch of garbage, we have time to connect, laugh and cry (which, yes, I did). It pulled you in and then was tight and tossed you off to the next thing when it was perfect.
AND THE PERFORMANCES…. MY GOD, THE PERFORMANCES…. I, personally, have known and massively respected the performers that are Pam and Tyler but I might have been a LITTLE MAD that they might be better at it than me.
Just… GO.
