Coolie is so skilled at being funny that the biggest surprises come when he gets serious and you realize how damn good he is at that too. Edwards’ pacing makes certain that the episodic nature of the piece is engaging and maintains its narrative consistency. These two are obviously a good team and I look forward to further collaborations.
What I didn't like
My overall impression
This is the sort of one-man show you hope all one-man shows could be. Coolie is a dynamic performer with the ability to take you on a journey both hilarious and poignant.
