What I liked
The best part of the show was how I was made to think and in a safe, nonjudgemental and comical way was made aware that what I thought I knew about anxiety was often all wrong!
What I didn't like
I believe there was supposed to be some sort of slide presentation that due to technical problems was not used. I don’t think it mattered, Anthony fills the room and had the full attention of the audience.
My overall impression
Anxiety Is Not Forever gives a fresh perspective on the most common mental problem of humans across the globe. This show is hilarious, educational and inspiring. Anthony Rucker has a no holds barred, highly entertaining approach that engages the whole audience. I left the theatre feeling inspired and equipped with simple yet highly effective strategies and lots of food for thought on this issue.
