My overall impression
FOXY LADIES LOVE BOOGIE 70’s EXPLOSION! is an incredible blend of entertainment and information. The show keeps up a fast pace with rapid fire songs and details on multi-media displays supported by costume changes and lighting that evoke the changing attitudes of the decade. The Foxy Ladies performers are all charming, gifted and powerful in their own unique ways and the musicians contribute an essential backbone to the show. If you lived through this decade you will catch subtle allusions to deeper history and references to pop culture even in the choreography! Expert direction and use of the space along with outstanding song choice and showmanship – and showwomanship – make this a production that should not be missed!
