What I liked
His journey was every immigrant’s journey, and he captured the pathos, exhilaration, and terror of not only coming to a new country but also—coming to audition and be an actor! A doubly hard task.
His solo show included auditions in which a wise-ass producer or casting director in the audience commented on his performance. So funny. So moving.
If I could boil his solo show down into one word, I would say (in a Romanian accent) “Stella!”
What I didn't like
Nothing!
My overall impression
Petru was full of life, full of emotion and exuded beautiful male energy and excitement about his life in America.
