What I liked
Maura!! She has such a presence. Whether she is monologuing or just moving, she holds herself with such grace and power that pulls your focus at all times. Also thought the immersive aspect of the alien encounter support group was such a fun way to get audience participation.
What I didn't like
The tech was talking audibly during the show. The transitions to and from the park tour woman could have been smoother or done in a way that didn’t take me out of the flow as much.
My overall impression
This show rules. Maura is such a compelling, emotive performer, and the show itself asks such simple, beautiful questions about faith and trust. It has so much stuff, from monologues to movement theater to audience games to character work, and if you go along with the ride I promise you will be transported.
