I liked how the show felt almost like a conversation between the performer and the audience. In a way, it felt like therapy because it was a safe place to express ourselves. I loved the segments of James Baldwin’s expressions and feelings in what it feels like to be a black person in America. It was very empowering and a reminder of how important our voices are.
What I didn't like
Nothing, it was absolutely wonderful. And I’ll be back again because I’m sure there is more that I can gather from it. I loved every minute.
My overall impression
The show was fun, engaging, enlightening, inspiring and most of all, RELATABLE.
