The actors all went hardcore throughout. I was especially invested in the 2 main Goo Checkers, the Goo Ambassador, the critic, and the weird founder guy in the video flashback.
What I didn't like
The story is sacrificed for going over the top a few times too many. Occasionally this steals momentum from the plot.
My overall impression
This show is packed with zany, surreal satire and hugely cartoonish characters. Big swings are always taken, and more often than not those swings connect.
