What I liked
A show that will encourage and invite even the most passive of audiences to grasp the nature of reflection, impermanence, and the cyclical nature of life.
What I didn't like
With little room to expand the efficacy of Lucy Papia’s concept or venerable humanity, the only realm to grow lies in the connection shared between her and the intimacy of her audience. For if she so chooses to, would ostensibly be as much apart of the space as her story.
My overall impression
Poignant, reflective, and perseverant. “Shadows of a Girl” is an achievement of lucidity, that explores life, memory, and motherhood. It is a celebration of life, and a testament to the human spirit.
