Honestly felt it could’ve been a little longer. I was enjoying being in the space with Lucinda, it felt like being in her living room and catching up over coffee.
My overall impression
What a beautiful and intimate portrait of a mother / daughter relationship. Add to the fact that Lucinda is being directed by her daughter Zoë, it is a special theatrical event to be a part of. The actress’s matter-of-fact, yet heartfelt and profound storytelling allows you as the audience member to just be a witness to her life and the real pain of loving and losing a parent. It made me want to call my mom and remind her how much I love her. LOVED THIS PRODUCTION! Go see it!
