What I liked
This show is a love letter to personal discovery and self-acceptance. Buster tells a story of working on his mental health and discovering his neurodivergence, and how the differences in how he looks at the world have helped him be a performer who connects with his audience on a powerful and truly authentic level. The fact that he can do that while also creating moments that make his audience gasp in amazement and laugh in delight is just a bonus.
What I didn't like
I’m his wife. I’ll tell him when we get home.
My overall impression
Is it possible to authentically connect with your audience members while literally telling them that you’re a fake psychic? Yes. Because Buster did just that.
