I loved when he wrote the song for the couple onstage. I also loved the story about going to India. It was very moving to hear the song about the Japanese veterans and to know Harold’s backstory of his neighborhood.
What I didn't like
I thought the title of the show was brilliant. I think it could have been worked into his life a bit more with the words “Under the radar” when he talked about working in small venues and restaurants with blenders, etc. and then in those times of exhiliration and when his priorities of his mission statement of helping people were fulfilled, like in ohter countries, etc., he could bring in “Over the Moon.” Just a bit of a call back at the end of the show to that wonderful title, provided he explored it during the show.
My overall impression
Harold Payne’s show “Under the Radar Over the Moon” is totally entertaining, as well as inspiring, especially to other artists. Actually anyone who tries to live a meaningful life will be inspired by this show, artist or not.
