What I liked

The humor – the dancing! – the heart – the direction. The lighting cues, props, staging and audio choices were sublime and more detailed than we were expecting. Kudos to everyone involved for creating such a charming and polished gem.

What I didn't like

Not much. Upon reflection, The only small comment I may-y-y-y-be can think of is that the structure of the show is a lot of vignettes, and there were a few places where some adjustments in clarity and length might help the flow. We would need to the show again (which we would do in a heartbeat!) to be more specific.

My overall impression

WONDERFUL show. Tamara Zook is a treasure and she was fearless with her comedy – offering many revelations about who she is as an artist and as a person. My partner and I discussed it at length afterward and we agreed the show evoked memories of our own lives in families during the show and after.
