What I liked

Zach is so funny and quick witted. He never let the audience take over the show, and had tons of fun games to keep them engaged and invested.

What I didn't like

I missed the old ending where Zoog waves at the audience as the closing monologue plays. I thought it was a deranged ending and I missed it. Audio for the messages was a little low, even in the front row I felt like I could barely hear it. While I appreciated the exposition he added, I wish it leaned more into the nonsense and the cultural rifts that comes as a result of miscommunication.

My overall impression

Zach builds worlds of nonsense with such confidence and sincerity that you have to buy in. He demands total trust from the audience and he gets it. I saw this show at a different stage of development last year (not Fringe) and thought it was fun, and it’s still a blast to watch.
