What I liked
I loooooooved the trans assistant plotline — too real!! And power couple Crystal Keith (Penny/writer) and Jacob Sidney (Jack the Ripper/director) impress with their vision and acting chops.
What I didn't like
Casey McKinnon was great as the different victims, but didn’t project as much as the other actors, so I had some trouble hearing her. I also kept wondering about Dr. Bryant’s wedding ring since the play synopsis describes Penny and Page as the two women in his life. Tiny detail, but sent me down a bit of a rabbit hole. :)
My overall impression
This show was a blast! Extremely well written, beautifully directed, and nicely adapted to Fringe length (although you can tell there’s so much more in the original material).
