What I liked
Loved the songs and the comedy. What a natural born performer! Felt so at ease as an audience. Loved the fabulous vintage boots and the story behind them. The show explores very real themes dementia, religion, self-conscioussness, anxiety, medical diagnoses, family dynamics etc and I feel everyone could relate to something.
What I didn't like
Needs a bigger stage!
My overall impression
Went to see the show with my girlfriend and my mother. There were older people in the audience and I feel the show appealed to all demographics. The show was really funny, physical comedy quick quips, funny yet beautiful songs. But it was not at all one note it had peaks and troughs (wee sad bits) to keep you engaged. Felt like I was in there for 10 minutes not fifty. I could really see this as a netflix special.
