What I liked
The direction of the actors, sounds and props were perfectly executed. I really enjoyed the funny moments throughout it between the two actors and the audience members. It was pretty abstract but I enjoyed not knowing everything cause I could come up with so many alternative scenarios. The props were great and the room fit the play perfectly. Fantastic job to everyone involved!!
What I didn't like
This has nothing to do with the play or directing and I may be the only person who thought this but when they’re looking for the pen maybe hide the pens better and put it under something so the audience does not see it. However, it did work cause sometimes you lose something and are frantically looking for it, but it’s in plain sight.
My overall impression
It was a great play experience. There was funny moments as well as shocking reveals that kept you guessing until the very end. It did not even feel like 30 minutes long cause I enjoyed every minute. Amazing job UCI!!
