What I liked
The immersive experience was absolutely captivating! From the detailed artwork inspired by the text to the culinary elements surrounding the stage, everything felt thoughtfully crafted to draw the audience into the world of the play. The performances were incredibly powerful, especially the choreography, which added so much depth to the storytelling. It’s clear the cast and crew poured their hearts into this production.
What I didn't like
While the overall production was fantastic, some transitions between scenes felt slightly abrupt, which disrupted the flow at times. Additionally, having more context or interactive materials available before the show could help audiences unfamiliar with the original story appreciate the nuances even more.
My overall impression
Just saw this immersive adaptation of Medea, and I can’t stop thinking about it! The way the space was transformed into a living, breathing part of the story was absolutely stunning. From the intricate artwork to the choreography that brought such intensity to the stage, everything felt like it had a purpose. I even started wondering what my own ancient Greek name would be while watching (found this cool tool afterward: Greek name generator. If you get the chance to experience this production, don’t hesitate!
