Show was airtight, and the whole cast was solid (especially impressive considering I saw it on the preview). I brought my girlfriend and she could not stop cackling. Gary Tunstall blew us away with his beautiful vocals—I think I swooned. We also especially loved the Fifi and bank robbery numbers, and the featured actors freaking killed it.
What I didn't like
The instrumental tracks didn’t sound amazing, but I didn’t go in expecting a studio/album sound. They could be a little loud at times too, which unfortunately would drown out some of the actors.
My overall impression
So funny! Quick, clean, comedy and superb timing from every actor. Also sounded amazing; everyone in the cast can sing from the group numbers to the solos. The trio in particular had a blend that was chef’s kiss sublime.
