How to Use the eDPI Calculator
Using our eDPI calculator is simple. Enter your mouse DPI (usually found in your mouse software) and your in-game sensitivity value. The calculator will instantly show your effective DPI, along with your cm/360 measurement for reference.
What I didn't like
Both eDPI and cm/360 are useful metrics, but they serve different purposes. eDPI is great for quick comparisons and is commonly used in the gaming community. However, cm/360 (centimeters per 360-degree turn) is more universal because it represents actual physical mouse movement, making it independent of game-specific sensitivity scales.
My overall impression
Mouse sensitivity conversion is the process of translating your mouse sensitivity settings from one FPS game to another while maintaining the same physical mouse movement distance. When you switch between games like Valorant, CS2, Apex Legends, or Overwatch 2, each game uses different sensitivity scales and calculations.
