I thoroughly enjoyed this musical. I was laughing and clapping and singing along. The actors were so cohesive and they truly understood comedy. There were some stand out moments from Emerson Boatwright, Jeff Scot Carey and of course the lead of the show, Lucas Alifano. Alifano was honestly a stand out in every way, whether it was his incredible voice to his range as an actor – made me laugh with his impeccable comedic skills and made me weep from his emotional and vulnerable moments. He truly shined in this role.
What I didn't like
The audience was clapping so often that some of the dialogue was drowned out by the clapping. I wish the actors would have paused a tad longer for the clapping to finish before continuing with the dialogue.
My overall impression
Fun and heartfelt musical about the lovable Bigfoot with a heart of gold!
