What I liked
The musical numbers moved the story along and loved how each one was unique to a specific music genre. The little jabs at diversity and equality were a nice way to make this play current and important for today’s society. Everything was excellent including the lyrics, the musical talent of each member, the stage direction, and choreography. I hope this team is able to expand upon this concept and perform it in front of more audiences!
What I didn't like
Would love to see this performed in a full theatrical setting instead of a black box, however, the cast and direction did a wonderful job of painting the picture of each scene without many set pieces.
My overall impression
Our group was grinning ear to ear during the entire performance of “Bigfoot! The Musical.” The tunes were catchy, the characters were relatable, and the cast was beyond talented.
