What I liked
the beautiful cello playing – I love Bach. As a classical musician myself I appreciated the musical anecdotes. I really liked the questions that were asked…especially, if I was graced with talent and ability, then shouldn’t I be performing? Everywhere? And not for pennies?
What I didn't like
A bit more vocal volume and energy would have been effective. And tightening up the space in between the text.
My overall impression
An impressive, unique solo show incorporating storytelling, subtle clowning and virtuosic cello performance.
