I think Karen asked some questions I have had as someone quietly realizing the societal importance of an artistic skill I have spent years cultivating. She lived the doubt and I cried as a result. She is just wonderful as a cellist and its expected but also just keeps me going. ... full review

Karen was amazing! She demonstrated an astounding range of emotions in the show which we heard in her music and saw on her face. Seamless onstage costume changes helped us visualize the different stages of her career and the many on and offstage looks of a cellist. The writing was both inventive and informative, and she kept the audience engaged with her 30 year musical journey. I would highly recommend this show, it will make you laugh and you will hear Bach!... full review
