Karen was amazing! She demonstrated an astounding range of emotions in the show which we heard in her music and saw on her face. Seamless onstage costume changes helped us visualize the different stages of her career and the many on and offstage looks of a cellist. The writing was both inventive and informative, and she kept the audience engaged with her 30 year musical journey.
