What I liked
A great start with the high philosophical monologuing of Elliot White as Brandon. Strong performances from White, Blake Fisher as Candice, Mariluna Beacy as Clarissa, and Cooper McAdoo as Vaughn.
What I didn't like
So many actors in such a small space. The writing is great but could be workshopped to perhaps truncate the cast and allow for more back story and development. Stage Combat seemed a little messy but fitting given the stoner environment.
My overall impression
A three-headed hydra of HOT ROD, GRANDMA’S BOY, & TED — A relatable “now what” suburbian stoner comedy that leaves you pondering: Did we have crepes this morning?
