What I liked
Veronica had an energy that would involve the crowd at every step while still keeping all the focus on herself and the show. I know it’s not particularly uncommon but the sheer skill she showed with it had the audience exactly where she wanted them at all times. All things considered, though, at one point she ground on me so probably that.
What I didn't like
I think I made it clear that I have no notes.
My overall impression
Veronica was brilliant in a way that I might need some additional time to process. Her ability to spin humor from trauma is something to behold. To guide an audience like that through happiness and sadness, through laughter and heartbreak. She put so much of herself on stage for this show. It was top-down therapeutic. I genuinely loved the show.
