Joe Coffey gives a powerful performance into who these characters are and what makes them tick. I highly reccomend this show.
What I didn't like
When your sitting there wanting more, you know the writer, director, actor has struck a nerve.
My overall impression
Joe Coffey is amazing in this tale of family, strife, poverty, loss and redemption. Joe flawlessley snaps between three characters Jim (Whitey) Bulger, Bill Bulger and the Bulger father as we get a glimpse into the brothers youth, teen years and adolescense. We witness the battle between good and evil from the inside as a family is torn apart by a wild and violent persona who was a bad seed from the beginning. Jim (Whitey) Bulger: Son, Brother, Gangster, Monster.
