What I liked
The moving and compelling nature of the story.
What I didn't like
I feel that the overall theatricality and high stakes of the piece could further increase to drive the story even further.
My overall impression
I sincerely appreciate this play tackling a very sensitive and challenging subject, and highlighting the vulnerable experiences of veterans who feel deeply displaced both physically and internally with adjusting to civilian life. I thought there were many moving sections of this play, and I specifically appreciated the theatricality of the virtual reality scenes.
