Callie Ott is a powerhouse performer who can easily shift gears from laugh out loud comedy to drama rooted in real life trauma to singing to rap, and all in the same one woman musical! FINAL GIRL: THE MUSICAL has heart, real life horror and songs that make you laugh, feel and think about what it is to be a real life final girl. Callie has a true love of horror films and knows how to exploit every aspect of the genre to maximize the drama, suspense, heart and yes, the comic relief! ...

One of the best one-person shows I've seen at fringe over the years. Callie shares her harrowing experience wrapped in levity and so much sincerity. The songs are extremely catchy, which Callie nails with ease. Great comedic timing. You will be both moved and thoroughly entertained during this snappy musical. A fantastic show all around....

Wow. Just an incredibly moving, honest, vulnerable, hilarious and entertaining piece of art. Anyone that’s been through a trauma knows it’s a long journey forward, and Callie Ott has found a way to turn some of the pain of her past into multiple original shows that transform the darkest of life’s experiences into something new - something that her audiences can both laugh & cry with her during, find themselves in, and thus accept themselves for who they are: scars and all. ...

MUST SEE SHOW!!!!!
I love that Callie was able to take her personal story which most women take as a victim story and was able to turn it onto herself asking how she had any part in it and could rectify this situation. It had twists and turns at every corner and really kept you on your feet. I won't say much else as to not ruin it. ...

It was amazing. I have never been to a one person play or musical before. It was amazing that Callie wasn't totally exhausted by the amount of dancing and singing she was doing. The music was so funny and the costumes were on point. The realism part of the show made me feel a sadness and anger that made me want to bash a person's face in.
I would love to watch this again! ...
