What I didn't like
i was asked to get on my hands and knees in front of everyone and for as shameless as I am, i was a little embarassed to do this. And felt like I was doing it not with my full consent. I did it, the audience was kind, but i wasn’t wearing kneepads and would have loved an out for doing this.
My overall impression
I’d only heard about this show from a friend who had worked on it over a year ago and was so glad I checked it out..
I would highly recommend this show. It gets into personal spaces that I didn’t expect and showed me what kind of daring storytelling that magic could support
Liz Toonkel is amazing in this and I hope she tours a bunch and this gets a lot of fans. Also Neve from MTV’s Catfish was in the audience. OMG.
