I loved the show. I felt like I was having fun with the cast along with the rest of the audience. The acting was on point – very honest and sweet. In one scene the actor playing the main character actually cried on stage. It was intense. I really liked the sound effects. The writing was concise, as if every word counted. Great comic relief. Super heart warming and hopeful.
What I didn't like
I wish the play was longer. I want to know more about the main character and her dad. I also feel like the drum loop during the transitions could be softer and less busy.
My overall impression
I was so impressed by this play. Christina’s performance was incredible and I legit got full body chills two separate times. There were laughs, there were tears, there were literally “oooohs” and “awwws” from the crowd. The Road to Nowhere weaves a witty tale through the deepest concerns of the human experience – family, career, and love. You come out the other side with a warm heart and sore cheeks.
