I appreciated that both Brianna and Carrie are deeply flawed in their own unique ways. Their separate dysfunctional natures complemented each other in a way that solidified their familial bond.
What I didn't like
The script packs a LOT into its 50-ish minute runtime, and I left wanting more! More time with these characters, more time for them to find their way through the messiness of their situations. Future re-mountings of The Road to Nowhere might benefit from an expanded script (one that doesn’t need to fit into the tight confines of a Fringe time slot).
My overall impression
The Road to Nowhere is a deeply personal story told with a lot of heart and humor.
