Anis brings you into the specific lived experience of her journey, but hits on the universal experience of living inside one’s own perspective. The fast paced humor and multi media incorporation is spot on and makes the show feel both intelligent and recognizable. I think we all struggle with the many facets of who we are, and Me Be Me admits that maybe there’s no real answer but to accept the milieu! Highly recommend.

My overall impression
A relatable and funny journey through the post modern millennial mind, Serena Anis’s debut show is charming and hilarious.
