What I liked
The characters were all well-formed & immersive, and I loved the songs! Jackie has such a range of emotion, vulnerability, and perspective for each of the roles played. The use of the space on stage including a shibari post was very creative to watch.
What I didn't like
Great show, no notes!
My overall impression
I don’t usually watch musicals, in fact I avoid them, but I came to see Hold Me Down because the premise of a BDSM musical is intriguing! I loved this show from beginning to end. I would watch this again and again!
