What I liked
I loved the window into why domination and bondage can be so emotionally comforting.
What I didn't like
I don’t think spewing around psychiatric labels are appropriate for an altogether beautiful performance.
My overall impression
To me this was a deep dive into the psycho-emotional pleasures of bondage frosted with Jackie’s Asian-American family stories, a discomforting sexual assault and stabbing at labels mental health labels like borderline personality disorder and bi-polar. Ultimately Jackie is a boundary-pushing performer with much to say!
