Witty, smart, funny and clever storytelling. I was surprised more than once by the choice of words or unexpected turns and the heart put into telling the story of wanting to feel home in someone else. I was moved and laughed. I could watch the inner conversation scene for a long time. I loved that she describes herself as empowered to not accept less than she deserves.
What I didn't like
The pacing around the stage could feel more purposeful and I wouldn’t be mad if there was more inner monologue because that was my favorite part. So good.
My overall impression
A straightforward comedic storytelling show about a period in a young woman’s love life and her inner conversation as she decides to date men in her culture for the first time ever.
